Should It Be a Crime to Film Undercover Animal Abuse at Farms?

So, folks, what do you think of this?

Reminds all of us of the case a couple of years ago against Willet Dairy, in Cayuga County. After two investigations, the dairy and its owners were found to have done nothing illegal. But one employee was charged with hitting a cow with a tool.

The investigations stemmed from what Mercy for Animals said was an undercover video takenby someone who worked undercover at Willet Dairy. Mercy for Animals, a Chicago-based animal rights organization that advocates a vegan diet, broadcast the video in 2009, stating it showed what the group  called inhumane treatment of cows and calves.
