New York's Greek Yogurt Boom Hasn't Increased Dairy Herds

Well, a couple of years ago some people thought the opening of many Greek yogurt plants in New York would be great for dairy farmers, who would have to increase their herds, make more milk and sell more milk.

But seems that isn't the case.
