    The NYT map shows many "wineries" that are only sales outlets, such as the Adirondack Winery in Utica. The winery itself is in Lake George.
    And I was delighted to see Mercer's Dairy in Boonville on the map, obviously a salute to Mercer's magnificent (real) wine ice creams.
