The New York State Farmstead and Artisan Cheese Makers Guild will be having its spring workshop in April.
Attendees will be able to learn how to make three to four styles of cheese during the full day session fro 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. April 13 at Harpersfield Cheese in Jefferson, Delaware County.
